Continuously in the private practice of law in Indianapolis since 1964, Terry Eads has concentrated his practice in the areas of general business, corporate and other business entity law, nonprofit and religious organization law, and nonprofit and religious securities law. After partnering with Tom Murray in 1996, he also has practiced extensively in all aspects of community association law.
