Greg Chandler joined Eads Murray & Pugh as an Associate in April 2008. He assists the firm in multiple capacities, but primarily concentrates his practice on community association matters, real estate, business law and collections litigation. Greg advises community associations on a host of complex matters, including covenant enforcement and interpretation, liability defense, real estate litigation, collections litigation, and compliance with state and federal real estate laws. In addition, he assists the firm in handling a variety of business and general practice matters.
Greg graduated from the Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis in 2007. He brings to the firm experience in both the private and public sectors. While in law school, he clerked for the law firm, Burt, Blee, Dixon, Sutton and Bloom, LLP in Fort Wayne, Ind., and worked as an intern for the Indiana Department of Education. Prior to joining Eads Murray & Pugh, he worked as an investigator for the Indiana Department of Insurance, where he assisted the agency’s general counsel in a variety of litigation and marketplace investigatory and regulatory activities.
Before going to law school, Greg worked as a public affairs and media relations manager for the Indiana Department of Commerce. He is a graduate of Franklin College, where he was a letterman on the school’s football team. He also has a Master of Arts degree from Ball State University, where he received The Dean’s Citation for Academic Excellence after graduating with a perfect 4.0 grade point average.
