Eads Murray & Pugh promotes Kimberly Sutter to Partner

We are pleased to announce that Kimberly Sutter has been named a Partner at Eads Murray & Pugh, P.C. Kim has dedicated her career to  representing condominium and homeowner’s associations since entering into the practice of law in 2003.  In 2021, Kim was inducted as a Fellow in the College of Community Association Lawyers (CCAL).  CCAL Fellows are considered leaders in the field of community association law and are among the most respected community association attorneys nationwide. Kim’s philosophy in representing community association clients is to be proactive and to educate board members to provide the tools necessary to govern their associations effectively. Kim joined Eads Murray & Pugh in February 2016 and is licensed to practice law in both Indiana and Ohio. Her practice consists of handling all aspects of community association representation, including general counsel to association Boards, drafting and amending covenants, board and membership meeting administration, collections and covenant enforcement.
